2. Processing DMCA Requests
Once a complete DMCA request is received, Famez.com will:
🔹 Review the reported content and remove or disable access to it if necessary.
🔹 Notify the affected user and allow them to submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was in error.
If a counter-notification is submitted, the content may be restored unless the original complainant initiates legal proceedings.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed or that the DMCA complaint was unjustified, you may submit a counter-notification.

4. Repeat Infringements & Abuse of DMCA Requests
🔸 Famez.com reserves the right to suspend user accounts if multiple copyright violations are reported against them.
🔸 False or abusive DMCA requests may result in legal consequences.
🔸 Anyone who knowingly makes false statements in a DMCA request or counter-notification may be held legally liable.
